Im am going to get worked
Re: Im am going to get worked
Ok anyways it sick to see a jeep do that, he has a STOCK motor, but he doesn't take a turn to fast, he pulls it up from a stop and rides it around the turn
But anyway, he got his car out of the shop today and drove it to school, sounded pretty sweet for a 4cyl, nice bov too
but now he is trying to tell me it weighs 1700lbs
im like WHAT?!?!
it is not stripped or anything, has full interior and exterior

Re: Im am going to get worked
Race him ASAP. Dont give him any time to learn how to launch that thing. Pulling "wheelies" in a jeep is a lot different than drag launching a super light weight 4 cyl turbo. Even with rear wheel drive if he doesn't have any DR's, with 240 hp at the wheels he's gonna spin like mad. Practice your launch and maybe even try to get a little jump on him. If you can jump out in front really quick he might panic and give it too much throttle causing him to spin. If he can drive it though you're pretty much screwed
Re: Im am going to get worked
I think one of you heavily modded F-body guys needs to come down here and race him
make him feel bad for dropping all that money down and losing to the same kind of car as mine
(everyone at my school is fly rice, except for a few)

As you can see, a Miata with only 230 rwhp is going to be a more or less even match in a straight line with a 3300 pound car with 330 rwhp, aside from traction.
