Exactly. Gonna drive a car you know can smoke em, might as well try, depending on the offense. If you can get away before he calls his buddies your golden, if not your ****ed. But there is a window of oppurtunity there and if your as quick as your car you can use it.

Kind of related, I had an officer that I know pull up to me next me at a light in a marked crown vic and I didn't realize it was him until I heard the engine reving. I looked over and he was laughing and asked me if I wanted to race. I wonder what he would have done if I lit em' up? He was just kidding around though and he's a pretty good guy.

It's not entrapment if a cop doesn't do anything but make his presence known in such a car. If you are the first to get on the gas then you're screwed. It's the same thing as when female cops dress up like tricks and get propositioned.

Damn, Im always on I-355 in the summer. Do you know where exactly on there they tend to stay?

I always see the state police dodge charger on I-88 near 355. Illinois has some sweet cop cars.

Easy, just get on your cell phone and call 911 and tell them that some guy is trying to run you off the road and is trying to get you to stop. You tried to get away from him but he is crazy. Send help!!! Then sue for endangerment.
