Well popped over to the srt forums and it was very interesting.Guys are hitting low 12s on the stock turbos and 11s on spray.A lot of the times posted made very little sense though the mph and 60fts and ets didn't seem right at all.So I have to wonder on some of those times.How does a car that with stock hp that does a low 14 all of a sudden do 12s with just a few pounds more boost and nearly the same 60ft?? It takes over 100 hp to knock a second off normally.Maybe a bit less as they are lighter than our f bodies by a bit.
Still stock talons like mine weigh about 3100 and are 200 hp engine stock.They run a low 15 high 14 usually bone stock and get a lot better 60fts than a srt 4.Up the hp to around 300 and you get a low 14 high 13 and you get maybe a mid 13 on stock turbo by doing a bit more stuff.To hit high 12s is very hard on stock turbo.
So I don't know .can't say all these srt 4 guys are bs but they sure make it sound easy to get 11s with just a 75 shot and their stock turbos.And by stock don't mean stock boost though but most list only minor mods most of which aren't going to add much power.Heck think these cars are like 17psi stock or am I out of it there..What is stock boost in an srt 4.
I don't doubt they can do 12s and possibly 11s or 10s with big aftermarket stuff and spray but that stuff isnt that cheap or easy to tune and takes a lot of extra stuff.

Whatever..guess see if any really fast srt 4 show up at the track this year.The ones last year never broke out of the 15s but believe they were bone stock and I obviously driven by incompentents and on street tires.
