got 115 mph ticket (doh)

i was goin down a highway couple days ago and a black mustang came out of a side road sideways and came up on me... he road my tail for about a mile he kept speeding up and slowing down... so i finally decide to drop it to 4th and take off... so i did and when i did he took off too. i lost him and about 1 min later here he came again...with police lights in the grill on and i thought to my self omg i am goin to jail. so i pulled over and my driver side window dont work so i was giving him my license and registration through the t top and he says how fast were you going... i told him i didnt know but i was goin faster than him. so he tells me that the last time he saw me i was doin 115 and that he wasnt going to give me wreckless driving because he had messed with me for about a mile and the last thing he told me was (you cant drive that faxt on these roads they arent made for that it will tear them up) and i thought to myself WTF but i got of easy on that one lesson # 1 there is a black undercover mustang in my area lesson #2 if you go to fast you will tear up the roads. and lesson #3 my camaro waxed a new mustang interceptor lol

yeah for sure,......why did he come out of the side road sideways, like it was a race or something. if anything, HE was the one wreckless driving, and then he tailgates you, trying to push your buttons. that IS entrapment, and bs if you ask me. he knew you were going to take off on him, and he let you, then pulled you over! wow, i would be PISSED off with that one. you could lose your license for anything over 100 mph. I think thats a felony. I got one for doing 108 in a caliber, lol. That was expensive, and had I not been traveling for training/school for work, he would have probably arrested me.

Man that's some bull----... I would at least talk to a lawyer and see what he says. Were u speeding when he pulled out or just cruising along??? When he saw you driving a camaro he probably pulled out and knew if he sped up on you and tailgated you then you would speed up.

I had a undercover tap the brakes on me and said I was following to closely, so I pass him and he pulls me over to tell me watch my speed and about following to closely. I asked him flat out(about tapping the brakes) if I did the same to someone following me to closely or another police officer he said I or the person doing so would be issued a citation for trying to casue an accident/road rage!?!

WTF!?!

They've been changing over to plain looking Chargers around here. Still have some Camaro's on duty.

yeah i got a ticket and i was goin somewhere between 55 - 60 in a 55 when he got on my tail i payed it hopefully i here nothing more out of it but i doubt it its to late for me to use entrapment as a defense supposedly when u pay its admitting guilty and there is no reason for court

The officer didn't force him to speed though, he could have pulled off to the side and let him by or not have sped up.

They don't have to force you, just temp you to do something illegal. I'm sure theres a better way of putting it but writing (typing) is not one of my Strengths.
