Re: Friend dies in the SS Saturday

Zero tolerance and zero sympathy for drunk drivers.

A young girl was killed a few years ago here by some guy with over 48 DUI's...he was in his Corvette and decided to just get out of the car. It ran into a 17 year old girl, killing her instantly.

You know why this fuching pos loser had so many DUI's...sympathy and tolerance.

I used to live on a street that had a corner that late at night was a problem for drunks. I saw this a half dozen times...drunk driver comes around corner way to fast...drunk driver judged incorrectly...drunk driver slams into the telephone poll (AGAIN)...I run over there...drunk driver tries to escape...I kick their losing *** in head...or drunk driver just puts it in reverse and blow up the motor because he or she do not realize the frontend is up in the air and they free rev it.

Strange, I never once saw them give a fuch about the mangled passengers in the car with them. Never once saw them see if they had in fact hurt someone. Never once did I see any fuching remorse.

Until you have been in my shoes...you can stick your sympathy up your ****.

Re: Friend dies in the SS Saturday

Here is a cookie for you...now next time another loser friend of yours kills himself and who knows who else in the process because the person is a drunk driver...don't post it here because most people with any experience with drunk drivers DO NOT GIVE A CRAP.

What were expecting...jeez, to bad bud...life sucks...he was robbed of his life.

Also...why is this thread in the "Track Kill Stories"?

What type of sympathy are you looking for when you post your drunk friend killed himself. You want some flowers? So quit being a douchebag and UNDERSTAND what I am saying.
That's a real intelegent post.

Re: Friend dies in the SS Saturday

Canton must have had a real nice life up to this point to be able to be so one-sided. Nobody likes drunk drivers man, we get your damn point. You drove it home like 5 posts ago. That is not what this thread is intended for. The guy is sharing some bad news and was seeking some positive thoughts towards his situation/loss.

Just for some insight, I have read more than one thread about you street racing in your lightning and you can just as easily kill someone doing that. Don't bother with the "I only race when the road is clear" or "I'm a good driver, nothing will happen." It's the same sort of thing a drunk person says when they leave the party..."It's cool man, I can drive fine right now."

How about you be a man and have a heart for someone who just sufferred a huge loss, and save the preaching for a different thread?

Re: Friend dies in the SS Saturday

Time for me to chime in on this.......

I was not looking for sympathy for my friend (as the first post stated "His own doing")........I was trying to shed some light on the bad mix between alcohol, fast car, young age (21) and an open road. I did not mean for thi thread to go this route. Canton: I agree with you on the drunk driver / no sympathy campaign but there is a time and place for everything. It was his fault but it is a shame all the same. Kinda like a person passing on because of lung cancer....Everyone is upset but most of the time the person smoked 3 packs a day....His own doing. The passenger pulled through and Brady's (driver) funeral was a VERY SOMBER MOMENT Living in a small town as I do.....Everyone basically knows everyone and we were all up in arms on this situation.

This was meant to be an EYE OPENING POST and not a cry for pity.

Ditto. (Did I spell that right Azrael?) Most of us here know what you were trying to do man. Again, I'm sorry about the loss of your friend. No matter what the circumstances, it's never easy losing someone close to you.

I see you are one of those weak kneed posters that equates credibility with post count. You were trying to be sacrastic and when it is done in kind you decide to degrade this further...

Look at the date I registered Mr. post ***** 2003.

EDIT: This is precisely why I don't post here much, if you want a technical debate you are welcome to find me at LS1tech or take it to PM's.

Let's get some **** straight here.

If you got my point you would not be trying to preach and get your skewed point across. You call it one sided...I call being a realist.

As for fooling around on the street...maybe you drive like a drunk when you street race and maybe you have problems passing out...but I don't. Also last time I checked I don't street race the second I get in my car to where ever I am going the entire time...a drunk is DRUNK the second he or she is in the car until they either make it to where ever he or she is going safely or they KILL THEMSELVES AND POSSIBLY INNOCENT PEOPLE.

What an amazing analogy there buddy.

If you think that I not having sympathy for a drunk driver that killed himself makes me less of a man...maybe you need to rethink what a man is then?

Re: Friend dies in the SS Saturday

Its sad when anyone dies but I guess it was all his fault and thats the risk you take when you drink and drive. At least no one else lost there life. It seems like alot of the times its the innocent people who end up getting killed and the drunk driver only gets minor injuries.
