I call your area, people hell. Millions of people fighting for a tiny spot of sand on the beach, cold ocean water, fog, smog, humidity, high cost of living and too many rules. I'll keep my desert wasteland. Btw, i'm right on the edge of the desert, near Lake Tahoe and some of the best outdoor places in the world.

i spent two weeks in Vegas last October and I hated the daytime weather. I am used to Chicago's hot *** humid weather. For two weeks I had a sinus infection. But at night I loved it. It was still warm, but the sun wasnt beating on you like a cop in L.A.

Hahahah it's just too bad that the millions of people who have moved here don't have the same thoughts on the matter that you do.

BTW, the high cost of living really only affects you if you don't already have a house, otherwise the living costs are pretty close to anywhere else in the 48 states. I'm glad you like your desert though... don't move here

Reno is a lot cooler than Vegas. www.weather.com But we have the dry air. It's great once you get used to it. I hate Chicago's humidity and too many people.

Yeah, huge mortgage payments don't affect anybody. Not a snowballs chance in hell I would ever move there.

Yea, you gotta watch out for DSM. Back when i had my old 96 formula, i got my *** handed to me by a hatchback civic. I didnt think much of it, but he pulled on me hard.. i wasnt that pissed about it because we pulled over and shot the **** for few mins. He was a real cool stand up guy. He ran it at baytown and ran mid 11s. I wasnt too worried because i had a cam only LT1.

I also have a friend with a sr20det s14 converted 94 240sx. Hes pushing 16lbs boost and dynoed at 325 rwhp which isnt bad at all considering the weight.

I like the "gay" blow off valve.

If it's a well driven awd one he will be big time out of the hole. Unless he has heated slicks, gears, and suspension.

That is until he gets a convertered automatic. Then he'll get funny looks from AWD guys when he comes out of the hole iin front of them.

I'd offer to sell him my 4L60E since I'm swapping in a T56 and turning my junk into a road race/auto-x car, but he's got that covered.

As long as he has the tires, gears, and suspension to go with the converted automatic. I've seen 1.6 60' times out of mildly modded awd DSMs.

My buddies beater motor in his dsm, runs high 12s on 6lbs. Can't wait till the built motor is done, probably low 11s.

No way. Stock they put out 12-14 psi of boost and run high 14s to low 15s.
