i raced my friends pickup the otha day at a perfect red light....he has a CAI and flowmaster exhaust and a few other mods....since this was the first time i have ever really raced i was pretty excited ecspecially how he was braggin about his truck...which is pretty nice....we raced prolly from 0-40 or 60 or so i wasn't really payin attention, until a freakin echo got to close...but i already had about a car length on him....i kno it isn't much but i guess its worth mentioning because it was my first race ever and i won!

GMC pickup, ok but which one? a v8? a sonoma? what is it. I raced a chevy extreme s-10 and i had about 4 cars on him easy. I hope you raced a v8 truck.

v8 silverado with some bolt on mods

I have a '04 Silverado with the 5.3L 295 hp...it is peppy for a full size truck, but it is no freakin comparison to a 4th gen Z28.

a stock lt1 has about same hp #'s....plus his was slightly modded
