86 Iroc-z vz 09 Zr1
This is the second set of races between our cars first set were all too close to call. 3 races this night the 2 major ones in the video. You are riding in the Zr1 in the video.
09 Zr1 stock
86 iroc N/A 360ci th400 4:10 gear
First race is not in the video i pulled a car. Zr1 hit the limiter in a gear being the only reason i pulled ahead like i did.
Second race is the first in the video in my opinion we were dead even when i went up on the rev limiter but i held it there too long and he pulled ahead. Listen to him shift!
We decided it was 1-1 so a third race was in order i turned the rev limiter up because i thought for sure i could pull him up top. You are all prob laughing and i would be too if i didn't know my car. He iced his engine down for about 30-45 minutes and i taped lines off on my car messing around.
Third race: I started about a half a car back because i didn't get lined up in time(my fault) and when he hit it his TC came on. I think both mistakes canceled each other out evening out the start because the race continues like all our previous races (damn close) until the magic happens..........
Thanks to Stan at Engineered Victories in Davison MI for a sick setup that always runs consistently.

Look for the rematch with Zr1 having a few boltons

With a magic, no slipping converter that I bet your car is not running, your math is wrong.
Being your car is still making power at 9000 rpm, why are you running such a high gear...let's say your car is a good running car and you run a 10.3@130 mph, you would want to go through the traps in your power, should you would need to run something like a 5.13 gear.
I have not even included slippage in this either.
Your combo is fishy...

I saw the vids of the 3rd Gen's dyno. It's a built race-motor turning 9000 rpm. He doesn't mention what heads, but I'm guessing some SB2s and a gigantic solid roller. He has a 5500 stall, so that should say alot.
