Jess,

Nice kill. If you didn't already know, I totalled my 02 heads/cam WS6. Pics http://community.webshots.com/user/leatherneck0629 anyway, when I get out of this hole I'm going back home to strip the parts off so I can turn it over to the insurance company for a check. Let me know if you want anything off of it. Otherwise it's going to the junkyard.

Nick

Heres what it's got:

LS6 S2 heads, Comp Cams 224/224/581/581 cam, slp long tubes, B&B Triflo Exhaust, TSP Ported LS6, Comp Cams Hardened Push rods, Clear Lid/K&N, Leatherneck Ported Throttle Body, Ripper Shifter, Rollmaster Adjustable Double Roller Timing chain and sprokets, ETC....

Parts will go cheap. Cam and Heads have Less than 1K on them. I also have some other parts that never made it on the car before I wrecked it like an electronic cut out...

that is aweful that your car is gone. Hope your OK.
Did you ever run that car with the mods you listed ?
It sounds pretty potent !!!
How did the wreck happen?

I don't think the 3S platform is "junk". They seem to run fairly well, but remember, not only is it a twin-turbo, but it's also a 24-valve, twin cam motor.
How much boost do those things run and what fuel?
S.
Stock is 11psi. I run a max of 17 psi now but it drops back to 11 after 4500 rpm because of the small turbos. Our downpipe is also restrictive; the stock cat-back is actually 3 inches so it's good till at least 115 traps. Stock injectors are 360cc (don't know the conversion to lbs/hr) and I now have 550s.

Over the weekend another guy posted the results of his turbo kit (same one I got except he got the next smaller size turbos) - 11.5 @ 123 on pump gas. That's without tuning too - he still needs to hook up a logger and fine tune.

I won't see my hairdryers for a while because it's a group buy that got fubar'ed a long time ago. It's been over a year since I paid for everything, but the guys are working to get the kits out so I haven't lost faith yet. Maybe by this fall...

Thanks. For the minimal mods she had....she ran well. Very erratic though. I had a high pressure fuel pump in the tank (had bigger plans) when the stocker went south that caused a very erratic running car. Pig slow sometimes and raped ape sometimes. Sold the Hayabusa too. Guess I need to update the sig.

Wow, a couple more posts since I was on here Thursday.

Tim, I wanted to check with you on how everything is going. Also whats up with the PS pump?

Sean, I heard you are going to be back down this way in the future. Give me a heads up so I can try and catch up with you. We all need to plan a GB night.

Nick, let me know what you want on stuff. I don't have much now especially since we are going through a merger at work and it looks a little bleak but I will try to pick up what I can. I remember seeing something about that on EFA. I'm glad your O.K.

Thanks,
Jess

Jess,
I actually ended up replacing the damn line as well ---- NOT FUN!!!! LOL.... nothing is on these cars, are they?

I'm now waiting on my EEC to come back because the car was undriveable the way it was idle'ing. Hoping it will be back possibly tomorrow and put a few miles on the POS.

By the way, since this is a "FREE" post... here folks, here is a couple of small poor videos of my little turd. Once we get the idle fixed she should sound a little better
