Thumbs up 2000 a4 Z28 owns 2002 rustang gt

the mustang belongs to my friend and it is an automatic with 30k miles and the only mod is a cai. we left from a 55mph roll and i told him to go first. i let him get about 2 cars on me then i went. in no time i had football fields between us. it was pretty fun because he thought he was unbeatable by a chevy of any kind.

Some people don't understand what horsepower is. Just because you have 4.10 gears and can light em up in first with 230 hp doesn't mean you're going to win any races. Hell, I thought my cammed Ford Probe was quick until I raced a real car. Good kill.

maybe a little exageration, but it was far enough that it took a while for him to catch up after i let off. they are nice cars, just lacking in the power.

Good kill, one thing I really do like about most year mustangs though is that when they have an exhaust they sound so sweet. I don't know howcome that is but I would have to give it to mustangs that they sound the best with just a cat-back. But since you have an LS1 try racing a newer Mach 1 he will give you a better race.

The summer heat must be frying people's brains. How cocky, nieve, uninformed, and stupid he was. Yeah, i'm sure a Chevy of any kind (9 second old built Chevelle for example) would never beat a near stock GT. I can't believe people are really this dumb. Oh well, bet them and take their money from now on!

Still should be able to edge out an automatic mach 1, and maybe beat a manual by a **** hair, but its gonna be close, nice kill man.

Some pretty good running Mach 1's floating around...I know of a couple stock that were laying down 13.3's-13.5's@105-106 stock....most LS1 auto's I have seen run high 13's@101-103 around here.

just be careful of the 89-92 stangs. they seem to be the fastest around here. cheap to buy and cheap to fix up. can be very fast for little money! good kill though. What a dumbass for thinking that no chevy can beat him. please-
