Went out to a place tonite to see some races. There was the typical rice, causing a scene, bringing in the heat from the police, etc. And a few guys with whiched fast cars. There was a high 10 second Grand National, didnt race anyone.
Anyways long story short, 03 Cobra #1 had KB Twin Screw, 18 PSI, Intake, Exhaust, Mail-Order Tuning.
03 Cobra #2 had catback only.
Evo - Not sure what kinda turbo, but it was pushing 26 PSI
They ran on a 3 lane wide high way from a 40ish roll. Ran them up to 155-160. The KB Cobra pulled about 1 or 2 carlengths on the Evo. From a stop, it would probably lose ? The other Cobra was a good bit back, possibly 15 car lengths? We stopped paying attention to him early on in the race.
The KB Cobra guy was pretty cool to talk with. He has 30K on the car, and is on his freakin 3rd engine. Both times he blew it, it was on a top speed run (Where im assuming that issue with the water jacket in the head comes up) , and it took out #8 piston. Evo guy said his car runs 11.4-11.5's at the track.
