Re: 1st time to track disspointed...

My mechanic said he took out the rear, and said it was 4.11's. The tranny seems real strong, it was rebuilt i think not long ago. Either way im getting a free set of 3.42's from another car , becuase i am trading them to my mechanic (also a good friend) so he can put them in his 95 Impala SS. This car confuses me so much. The setup seems so stupid. It runs like a bat outta hell, most of the time, but on the highway i seem to have really no pull in OD(ive raced my cousin with a A4 94 formula w/ 2.73's and he pulls on me, and all he has is a CAI and SLP loudmouth), but if i slip it in D, it pulls like crazy. Usually pushes me up to 4-45k wen i put it in D on the highway. They say you should have better acceleration throughout all the gears with 4.11's but i dont quite see that all the time.

I think it is 4.10s not 4.11s. 2.73s run well on the highway, I drive a Z28 with them. They suck out of the hole, though. Sorry about getting off on the wrong foot with you. I just can't stand trying to read typos all the time.

A few errors here and there is fine. It's just too hard reading too much jibberish.
