wolfe racecraft rear sway bar

I was wondering how you guys painted or powdercoated this with the rearend since it welds to it? Im installing it and my new moser rear and was wondering if it would be better to mock it all up and welded, and then take the the whole rearend with the swaybar welded to it to have it powdercoated, or just powdercoat them seperately and spray paint the welds. I kinda thought that just spraypainting the welds would be half assing it, but what do you guys think? Also, should I powdercoat the little tabs for the endlinks, or just spraypaint them? any help is appreciated.
