Window broke

I believe someone tried braking into my car and was unsuccessful however they broke my window. The glass is fine thank god but.... The mechanisms are broken. I need a good way of fixing it.

Ok this is what happenend. The Wheel that is in the track closest to the rear of the car is attached to the bottom metal piece. It seems that the shaft off of the wheel was welded or riveted onto the metal piece and it seems like that had been shattered there. The wheel isnt connected and it just falls to the bottom of the track.
