Will these springs fit?

I bought a v6 camaro and the person swapped in the lt1 and stripped everything to the 97 z28 stuff. I am not sure if he swapped the suspension. Will the eibach pro-kit work on both the v6 and z28 because I cant tell which suspension he kept on. Thanks in advance.

The rear suspension/spring configuration/size is identical for all 3rd and 4th Gens. The front spring sizes are identical for all 4th Gens.

so that would mean the pro-kit made for the z28 would fit on the v6 suspension and shocks for a 95?

It will "fit" but the rates won't be as stiff.

If you look on the list of spring rate on that link, you'll see that even the Eibach V6 springs have more spring rate than stock V8 springs.

I still can't figure out what engine he has in the car....... I "think" he has a V8 in a V6 chassis, but it definitely isn't clear from the original post.

I used my decoder ring. He bought a V6 that had an Lt1 swapped into it. The guy swapped all the stuff from a 97 Z28 but he isn't sure if he did the suspension swap.

Ya greed4speed is correct sorry for not making it more clear. I wish the guy I bought the car from would have given me a more detailed description of the parts he swapped in and out so I could know what parts I need to buy lol. But thanks for all your help guys.

You may be ablto to get the part number off the springs and see which ones they are by cross referencing them on Eibach's website.
