re-centers the rear after you lower the car
the rear will be ~1/2" or whatever to one side
this will make it go back to stock looking (good if you don't want to rub your tires on the wheel well and makes it look better)

so i'm guessing i need an adjustable one or does the non-adj. move it over??? who do i get to line up the panhard rod and the torque arm after it's installed??? thanks again

TA - you pretty much setup yourself.. -2* pinion angle is pretty standard for street cars
The PHR gets adjusted on any alignment rack when you have the car aligned. In certian circumstances I've adjusted PHRs with no rack, and just adjust and check/meaure method, mainly for re-centering for large tires in the back.
