You seem to be confused, so ill try to answer all your questions in your other threds

Ask 5.0
on the brake pads, one of the pads has a little nub sticking off on the back. is the the inner or outer pad?
Inner pad
was i supposed to get new chatter plates (that is what the book calls them)with my brake pads? Im looking for the clips that hold the pads into the caliper guide. i lost one, and i need antoher. GM says i have to get them with the pads. anyone know where i can order them? gmpartsdirect.com?
Yes you should get new "chatter plates" when you buy new pads or calipers. I ordered new pads and calipers so i happen to have 2 sets of them, i can give you the one set if you pay for shipping.

You seem to be confused yourself. Bleeder valves face up towards the wheel well. This is so that any air in the system will rise to the top near the bleeder to be pushed out.

Yeah that was just i guess, i thought if it was on the bottom then the brake fluid would drain better. Thanks for clearing that one up. Im in the process of working on the brakes and just havnt mounted them so i didnt run into that problem yet.

Re: what is the right caliper

thanks for the help.

also, the calipers will fit mis-matched. cause i guess wrong i mounted them with the bleeder valve on the bottom, and the brake line on top.

as for the nub...that goes on the inside, facing the front or rear of the car?

is there a place where i can get new chatter plates?

The nub should be pointing towards the ground (thats what my dad told me). If you read my first post i offered to give you the chatter plates since i have extra, or you can buy new brake pads and you will also get them. I dont believe you can get them seperately.

Re: what is the right caliper

yea, it doesn't really matter where you place the pad with that little metal piece thats designed to make noise when your pads run thin... People like putitng htem on the inner side, because its easy to visually check the outer pad, but harder to check the inner pad.
