Isnt the STB what you use when pulling the engine out the bottom? Seems like the best use to me :P

That gave me a good laugh, thanks man. Certified "old person"

Although I can agree that would be a good hand grip for leaning into the engine bay.

Who sells the adjustable STB? Now that's a waste of money.

what constitutes an 'old' person? I hope I'm not considered old at 34.

I agree 100% , I think it made a differnce too .

The problem is you are confusing "nimbleness" and "handling". Many narrow, lightweight cars will feel more light on its feet than a Z28. With wrong-wheel drive, they will also less intimidating which is why you probably mentioned that it was more "predictable". If you want to look at objective measures of "handling" (i.e. laptimes) you'll see that the z28 is indeed a great handling car. It isnt the fault of the camaro that you arent able to exploit its inherent advantages of RWD and grip from the massive tires you can stuff under the fenders.

Heh yea those things might be a balance bar for the times i literally have to get in the engine bay. On 4th gens i doubt you would see much difference as they seemed to be stiff cars fro mthe factory to me. Now on a 3rd gen, as they age they get a little loose suspension wise, also they werent too tight from the factory. Without one i can feel every twist in the chassis as i leave my driveway, definatly an annoying feeling.

I got mine mainly for looks. You can find them dirt cheap on Ebay.
