Never heard of them, and for that price, I would be a little skeptical if they are any better then OEM. Maybe someone else can chime in though.

Those are brake pads, not just brakes.

IMO, what would you expect out of a $28 set of pads? I'd expect a lot of dust and fade.

This is a part of your car that makes it stop and isn't a good place to be cheap.
