What do you call the inner tie rods?

I have an AJE manual steering rack and my stock wheels made contact with the "inner tie rods" and bent them. Its the rod that attachs directly to the rack under the rubber boot and then to the sleeve at the heim joint on the spindle. Do you call this the inner tie rod? I am trying to find new ones online but my searchs for "pinto inner tie rod" can't seem to find the right thing. I sell car parts for a living and have never heard of this called anything else. Anyone have any thoughts?

I just looked up the part on Advanced Auto Parts web site and they show inner and outer tie rods ends available for the late 70s pinto. I assume yous is manual, they are quite a bit more expensive.
