The question would be why does the tranny move so much. Perhaps because your motor mounts are shot?

I've had the same ES tranny mount for 12 years, under 3 different trannies, and never had a problem, even at 800HP/800Lb-Ft.

So should i check all the mounts on the engine. My tranny is just about done it slips and sometimes clunks and seems like it forces it into gear. I have changed the shift solinoid 3 times in the past two years could this be the cause of it moving around.
