traction control problem

traction control problem

i have a 2000 z28 and something is making my traction control 2 go off. it"s also making my brake light is coming on. has anyone had this problem.

If the "BRAKE" light comes on, it has two purposes. 1) is to indicate the e-brake is on; 2) is to alert you to the fact that there is unequal pressure in the front and rear brake hydraulic circuits. The latter may indicate air in the system, leaky components, etc. Logically, the TCS may deactivate if the "BRAKE" light is indicating a problem with the braking system.

so u think it's a brake problem. the traction control comes on first then the brake light comes on. if it's a brake problem do u have any idea where 2 start.
