when i bought my camaro it had eibach sportlines already on it, with bilstein shocks. since i recently put pacesetter longtubes on it, it is waay to close to the ground, especially for where i live (maybe a soda can on its side between the y pipe and ground). if i put the eibach pro-kit springs in how much more ground clearance will i get, if any (the sportlines ride like **** anyways, but they do look mean as hell). also, how difficult is swapping the springs, i dont wanna take the car out of commission too long since i just had it garaged for a few weeks with other projects.

sportlines are supposed to be 2" drop, the prokit is about 1.25"

so you'll gain 1/2-3/4" of clearance...not much

the sportlines prbably handle like **** cause of the shocks...they are not designed to handle that low of a spring.

 

They ride like **** because Eibach made them too low with not enough spring rate so you're riding on bumpstops. Eibach's suck as far as 98 up f-bods are concerned. Even the prokit is known for settling lower in the rear.
