best options for traction on a 9 second Camaro

I have done all the common after market parts except springs and shocks but anything over 4lbs of boost and it smokes the tires off the line.anything less and it has a lag. Hoosier quicktime pros 28x11.5x15, spohn torque arm, and all the rest are BMR parts. I would like to leave with 5 to 6 lbs
