Tie rod bushing blown out and play in the a arm

Today i noticed the pass, front tire if you grab is you can shake it a little. I looked closer and the tie rod bushing is blown out and i think the a-arm is wiggling some too. I have no experience with suspention at all. I am the typical spend money on the engine, drivetrain, and tires but nothing on suspension. Is there a write up on how to check this stuff out to make sure i'm not tearing stuff up and causeing more damage? Also how can i know what needs to be fixed on it?

Thanks in advance, critter

If the pass. tire is not worn noticebly more the the drivers side, and the car drives straight (doesn't pull to the left or right). Then first, just replace tie-rod ends you know you need. And hopefully that gets rid of the play.
If not, are the bushing and balljoints factory original from 94(never been changed)?
If the are there probably wornout, and need replacing.
Also check the wheel hub for play.
