Is there something wrong with my caliper?

My front right brake pads have worn all the way down and need to be replaced but the front left side looks almost like new.

I bought the car with 92000 miles a year ago and it now has 101000 miles. When I it, I believe the pads were almost like new (like the drivers side is) but I don't remember for sure.

That brake (passenger front) has a decent amount of pulsation in it because the rotor was warped when I bought the car, although it seems to have evened out a little bit over the 9000 miles I drove it. I'm not sure if it was just that one or if there were others that were/are warped or not.

The car might pull just slightly to the right when braking very hard but I can't say that I realy ever notice it, and it drives perfectly straight on the roads. I don't believe there is any drag on that wheel from the brake. There are no leaks on the caliper either and the tires have even wear.

Do you think the left front pads are worn out is because of the warped rotor eating them up or because of something else? Should I go ahead and replace the caliper? Do I need to replace the drivers side too?

Check out the caliper pins. If they are dry and not greased up thats prob the problem. and LS1's brakes love to get warped when heavily used. I would get new rotors or uprade to something bigger.

Could also be a sticking piston in that one caliper
