Suspension and track times

How much faster do you think these mods would make me in the quarter: TA, SFC's, Bilsteins. What do you think I would run with them and with out. I already have LCA's.

At your power level I doubt you'd gain anything. I'd put the money towards a pair of ET Streets; they'll definitely get your times down.
