STS, lowering, and tire size

Just wondering if any of the STS guys have lowered their rides and if so what spring sets are you using. I know a lot of STS guys say they have clearance issues but I have taken care of that and want to lower to get a better stance and help make my decision on tire size.

I'm thinking eibach pro kit or BMR. I think I could squeeze a eibach sportline kit on but would rather be safe than sorry and stay in the drop range of 1.25

I'm running 18x9.5 black z06 w/rivets. I have a rear set of Firehawk wide oval 295/38/18 but don't think that they will fit on a 9.5in. wheel.

The 295's are on a OE Z06 18x10.5 and tried to test fit them and they hung up on the bump stop so...

LMK what you guys think.

I'm using eibach sportline spring with C5 18s in the rear and 17s in the front. The boost pipe will sometimes scrape on hard bumps if i'm above 45+ mph.

sportlines

I'm running Sportlines with 275/40ZR17's front and rear with no clearance issues at all but man, do these springs squeek and groan.
