Hello all. I have a 95 Z and when I start out in the morning, the steering feels very light and numb on center til it warms up then it feels normal again.

Is this a problem with the rack or just needs a PS fluid change?

 

As long as you rack is not leaking, I would try a ps fluid change. When the ps fluid breaks down, it starts to separate. as you drive it, it gets mixed back up.
