SS Braided Brake Lines?

I'm going to be flushing and refilling my brake fluid soon. I was thinking of getting Stainless steel braided brake lines for front and rear. Is it worth the extra expense to do this? Does it make that much difference in brake pedal feel? Thanks!

Well worth the expense if you still have the stock rubber lines. Also since its a 95 now the time to replace those 10 yr old ones before they go bad. You will notice a difference in brake pedal feel.

Re: SS Braided Brake Lines?

I recommend ATE TYP 200 brake fluid. I bought mine from www.raceshopper.com I believe

Yes, SS lines help pedal feel a good amount, as well as a good fluid that doesn't absorb a lot of water. The one I recommended is a great fluid.

A major waste. Stick with stock rubber lines. The stainless won't flex like the stockers and need to be maintained (replaced/inspected) 5x as often.

I've read about enough horror stories about failed stainless lines to stay far, far away. 100 bucks for a pair of lines? No thanks!
