springs to run with QA1 Gen-f kit

using (HAL Generation "F" Series Shocks Front & Rear Shock Package with spanner wrench, including front springs, 1993-2002 F-body) this kit for the shocks and the associated spring cups, will any spring work good with this setup?

i'm not wanting to lower the car much, 1" would be fine.

should i get the associated HAL 325# springs for the front and then just buy something like the rear BMR 1" drop springs for the back?

now that i have my ZR1s on, i'm really needing to lower the car. but i want to get a good setup, not just a "make do" like running bilstein HDs.

just starting my research so any help would be appreciated. i've already searched, and read the info Sam Strano wrote on shocks and what not to use with lowering springs.

The QA1 spring seats will only work with QA1 springs.

But.... you can use springs other than the QA1 springs, as long as you modify the stock lower spring seat to fit on the QA1 shocks. Mine was that way for quite a while.
