Springs for HALS??

I am trying to figure out what kind of springs to run with some HAL QA1 shocks front and rear. I like the look of the eibach prokit and want to be good in the curves some but run the 1/4 mostly. But I want the lowered look so I dont have to feel like I'm driving a 4x4 anymore lol

You are trying to optimize too many different styles of driving. The QA1/HALs are a great "drag" shock, and if that's what you want, buy the QA1 drag launch springs or the Eibach drag launch springs. Note though, that the stock HAL spring seat will not work with the stock-style springs (read "Eibach") unless you have the stock F-Body seats modified to fit on the QA1's.

I tried to get the "best of both worlds" with the QA1's and Eibach Pro-Kit combo, and I was very disappointed. The back had a horrible "chop"..... sort of like a slammed S10 pickup bouncing down a bumpy road. Loosening up the QA1's got rid of a bit of the chop, but left the back end too loose. I don't mind "harsh", but this wasn't harsh, it was just annoying. I went to the Eibach drag launch springs in the back, and QA1 in the front.
