Which Springs...?
Which Springs...?
I want to lower my car... But I don't want to lower the front to much but I want the luxury of the stiff springs in the front for it's handling.
I want to lower the rear like an 1 1/2" or so... but I don't want the front lowered as it sits crazy low already and I live in an area with uphill driveways... hills basically all over.
All the springs I see are 1.3" front and rear... but how stupid is it just to put the springs in the rear and only the rear?
How much traction you think i'm losing with lowering the rear? 430/415 could wonders I guess taking a little bit of traction away.

Re: Which Springs...?
buy the springs separate...
bmr sells them that way...and they have a 1" spring. they buy some DMS or a prokit rear spring set for the 1.5" drop
make sure you get some relocation brackets for the traction.

Re: Which Springs...?
Ground Control coil overs would be best, you could always adj up if you find yourself scraping every where. i've also noticed that any stiffer/lower springs in the rear will hurt drag launches to some degree
Re: Which Springs...?
SLP's lowering springs are only advertised as a 1" drop. Ive heard they are decently stiff too. But if I could do it over again I would go with ground control or airbag setup, but thats a lot of $$$.
