shock/strut

I have a 92 Camaro. Heres the jist of what im doin... 383 stroker with say around 500 to the rear... Have a Spohn k-member w/their a-arms, as well as a manual rack and pinion.. Not sure whether or not i need this but ive been told (some i do, others say i dont) i need a custom spindle with modded steering knuckles. The spindles are a 2" drop. There in lies my dilema.. Id need stock height sprigs in front with 2" lower in back.. I dont know what i should look at. Plus id need shocks/struts to match. I was looking at Competition Engineering Drag Struts (90/10), with the front adjustable in three ratios: 90/10, 80/20 and 60/40 and rear adjustable in three ratios: 30/70, 40/60 and 50/50. I just dont know what the spring specs need to be. Here are a few of the different specs ive seen...5 x 9.5 or a 5 x 11 or 5.5 x 11 or 5.5 x 9.5. How do i know what specs i need aside from the spring rates? Thanks..
