Thumbs down rust on the frame

I was under my car yesterday and noticed the body had a big rust spot almost all the way through where the rear sub frame meets the body. I believe it is a mounting point .Am I in trouble and is it fixable

Also the spot is just below the rear seat passenger side and the rust is on the body

Anything can be fixed, but this needs to be done professionally. The entire chassis should be examined for rust and other damage.
