well, i found a local guy that can do it, but he has to have the car for a week with no interior in it, which sucks. I was thinking of just a wolfe weld-in for like $300 or w/e (a lot cheaper than i can get a custom one made for)

The Wolfe is cheaper to buy, but you still have to pay for installation which WILL makeup the difference in pricing fast.

And interior removal is saving you $$ as well, otherwise the installer will have to do it, and at $75-$100/hr shop rates and probably 3 hours to remove/replace you're adding on that much more $$.

A week is about typical for a roll-bar install, then remember you have to paint it as well somehow so add that into your time-frame/cost.

Hell I'm looking at putting a full custom cage in my car, and the guy wants it COMPLETELY stripped on the interior (including dash), and will need it for a month.

wolfe race craft has some very nice cages. they are custom bent to fit the car very nice. and all the interior fits back in. I had a custom CM cage put in my car. the guy wanted all the interior left in the car so he could custom fit every bar around my interior. then it was removed to install the cage. It turned out great! certified to a 8.50 et
