ride height?

ride height?

any experience ideas about a 2" drop and the possibiliity of long tube headers dragging?

must go with the headers. just wondering what is thought about this.

you won't be draging per-say under normal driving...

but speed bumps and thingls like that you'll probably scrape.

personally i dont like the look of a 2" drop. cause then it seems like htere is less room between the top of the tire and the fender, compared to the front/back edge of the tire to the fender.

1-1.5 is about all i like...

friend had SLP headers and 1.8 drop... hit it 24/7 put stock spring back on in 3 weeks...

then again, i live in new orleans with worste streets in the nation!

I went with the Eibach sportline spring kit, which is 1.8 drop, look at my pics here ---> http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/655039/1.

I also got Long tube header from Jet Hot, def dont get SLP if your going to lower the car, however almost all of the other LTs will be fine, just have to take it slow over bumps, ramps, etc.

I'm stock height and i whack my BBK trans pan on stuff left and right...i can't even imagine a 2 inch drop.

IMO, a one inch drop looks just about perfect.

1994 z28 hooker super comp long tubes 2in a half in drop with stock 16...never ever scrape headers on bumps or anything...i do scrape trans crossmember when going over ditches stuff like that..and my cutout at the end of the y pipe ... other then that great i woulod reccomend it i normally dont pay attenchion to stuff
