Removing and reusing ball joints

Is it possible to remove two good stock ball joints from one upper control arm and reinstalling them on another. The ball joints I have in the UCArms that were given to me are stock, but might as well be new. I normaly would,nt even think of going through the trouble, however I have already spent a good bit rebuilding the front end, and lets just say the b!tching is in its early stages.

Yes, you drill out the rivits and need to find nuts/bolts to mount them.
