Rear driver side locking up

I just changed the brakes on my car last sunday (just the rear). I did the passenger side while i let my friend, who was non stop bugging the hell out of me about it.. do the driver side. I noticed a few days later that the rear driver side rim was getting EXTREMELY hot after driving around for a good bit. I was gonna do it today, but got a call from work to go in. That's when this happened.. Went to put the car in reverse, and while i was slowing down (backing up to a fuel pump) i kept creeping in reverse and then it sounded like something dropped or was scrapping the bottom of the car, but i couldnt move.. i put it in drive, and it works fine.. so i put it back in reverse and crept backwards again, and the rear driver side locked up again. I got on the gas a little harder this time and noticed the passenger side break free right away, then with a little more gas the driver side started to break loose.. so all i was doing was burning rubber.
i got home, and put it in reverse down the driveway and i could go in reverse, as long as i was going fast.. the second i hit the brake and started to creep is when the driver side wheel would lock up.
Would any of you know why it would be doing this?

Re: Rear driver side locking up

Also, just a few more things... Put new rotor in on rear passenger, not driver side though.
Disc brakes / caliper brakes.
3.83 limited slip diff. rear end.
