Rear control arm?

How do I know when the rear lower control arm bushings are going bad? Squeeking over bumps and a smaking noise over a hard bump (when rear hits)?

How hard are they to replace?

Your LCA bushings are bad. I had the same problem and I went with BMR tubular LCA. They were about $110 if I remember correctly. Replacing the bushings would be about $30. I think it could be done by hammering the old bushing out and hammering the new one in using a piece of wood between it.

They're very easy to replace too. Support the chassis with either a lift or a pair of jackstands and put a jack on the rear end. Very easy to remove.

Anything I need to be concerned about? Any parts that will be re-used? Any greasing? Any help is appreciated since my manuals don't show didly.
