Rear brake pad H clips?

I'm trying to find out where I can get these clips on the rear pads.
They look like an H they go in between the pads on the top.
I called the dealer and they told me that they come with the new pads.
For 100 bucks.
Don't need the pads just the clips.
Does anybody know what they do?

Thanks,

Chris

I'm curious about this as well... When I installed my PowerSlots and Hawk pads, I lost the "H" clips somehow... Breaks fine, but I now feel that the rotors are a little warped... How bas is it to drive without these clips?

I think you guys are talking about the anti rattle spring. Shouldn't effect wear or the rotor, just noise.

Ok sounds right to me.
But where can you buy just the clips?

Thanks,

Chris.

You might have to buy the shims and anti rattle clips as a set. Napa sells that combo for the corvette front pads, and probably sells them for the LT1 too.
