Rear Brake Noise ?? Help

I have a brake noise in the rear of my 95 Z28. I have checked everything in the rear and I cant find anything. I have new rotors and pads and there is still a rough noise every time the wheel goes around only when I hit the brakes. It sounds like a rough grinding or rubbing noise.

It is only when I brake, !! I can hear it every time the wheel rotates, its not a constant grinding. !!
What can it be ?? !!

THANKS

Are those clips available seperately? I checked with the dealer and the only way I can get it is by buying the OE caliper loaded with pads.
