Pulling, does not go straight.

Well I have been having an Issue. About 4 months ago I bought the Pro-kit and then replaced the Panhard none-adjustable and I also replaced the Control arms with Adjustable ones. Now When I did changed the control arms I did not put them at the same Length, (forgot) and it made the steering wheel **** to the right. Since I lowered the car it pulled to the left. So I went to get my car aligned and the Thrust Angel was off and the toe was adjusted (this was Monday). Now it still pulls to the left and I'm not sure what to do. Should I take it back to the Shop. Should I have them realign the car with the stock control arms on? I have The weld on Relocation brackets. Could it be that the relocation brackets are not equal? They seem pretty equal to me. How can I measure that the RLB are at the same angle on both sides?
Thanks alot guys.
