Looking at buying one of these, anyone have any trouble installing one or have trouble getting an alignment done? Will the stock a-arms, stock bolts, and motor mounts work with this piece? I have jet hot lt headers, will this k member fit? Other than quality what is the difference between this one and any one of the other tubular k members?
Re: profab k member
there's a lot of positive and negative feedback from most of the aftermarket k-members...PA being the apparent worst. their welds seem to be lacking at the front lower control arm mounts...either side.
i've never seen a broken k-member, stock or aftermarket but i hear about them from shop-talk all the time...mostly the talk is of the PA k-member. i wouldnt get a new one (and i havent yet) because i see no need for it other than header clearance.

Witch one did you get?
I know you will love changing spark plugs now it will be much easier.
Plus if you get the LT4 starter it gets even a little better.
Not 100% on the starter.
