Problem with brake job...brakes dragging?

Hey guys, so I just did a brake job on my Camaro (fronts and rears) and it seemed like a pretty good job, but then I began to realize that the back passenger wheel is dragging--I think.

Here is what happens: When I'm turning right at a somewhat faster speed (say above 20ish) this really odd noise comes from that wheel. It sounds like a high pitched squeal type noise, my guess is it may be metal rubbing against metal???? I cant be certain. Also, when I am just driving, I can hear what sounds like the brake shoes rubbing against the rotor.

None of the other wheels do this, only the passenger rear.

And finally, when I took the old hardware off that wheel, it was severely more worn down than the other side. I'm not sure if the brake balance is off however, because none of the other wheels are experiencing any problems. Any thoughts?

Might be a sticking caliper (especially since your old pads were more worn, too). That should have been a clue it needed extra attention.

I took the caliper off and cleaned the two 'brackets' (not sure what it is called) it attaches to. What causes a caliper to stick?

Did you lube the slides?
A caliper can stick because the piston(s) are corroded.

Yeah I lubed the slides. If the piston gets corroded, what can be done to fix it? Rebuild?

Yep or buy a new caliper.

Do calipers have to be replaced/rebuilt in pairs, like replacing the brake pads?

Make sure your park brake cable is released and not stuck. CHeck it AT the caliper.
