I personally wouldn't do it on ramps... hell you're basically unbolting your rear axle from the car, but on ramps you're still using it to support the weight of the car...
If you want to use ramps for the front that's fine, but I wouldn't for the rear.

With the rear wheels on ramps, even if you unbolt only one LCA at a time, the rear can shift and make it very difficult to get the bolts through the new LCA's. Support it from the frame rails on jackstands, and support the rear axle assembly with a floor jack. Last race/car show I was at, some guy bought a set of LCA's and tried to install them with the car on the ground, and I ended up loaning him my jackstands and floor jack to get everything back together.
The panhard rod isn't as difficult, but the ability to shift the axle slightly with it resting on a floor jack might make it easier as well.
