Panhard bar bolts

About two weeks ago i droped the gas tank out of my 87 z28, cleaned it up, and put it back in. My problem is that when i took the PHB and PHB brace out i snapped all three on the bigger bolts. i found three bolts that are the same size but dont slant down in size by the threads. the bolts will go almost all the way through but stop almost all the way through by three little bubbles... What can i do ???? everywhere i go doesnt seem to have bolts like the ones i pulled out, is there a way i can file those bumps down?
