Panhard bar after lowering

I just got done putting a set of Eibach pro-kit's and Tokico's all the way around. I already had the adjustable panhard bar on the car. It's been a few days now, and I'm pretty confident the springs have had time to settle....i live in the detroit area and roads make my shocks and springs work!
I'm getting ready to take it into work to adjust up the panhard bar, but I'm wondering what the best way to do it is? Best place to measure off of? quarter panel lip? Do I need the suspension loaded when I unbolt the bar and adjust it?

On a side note....so far I love the combo! Like I said I've got the adjustable panhard bar, but I've also just put a set of BMR rear lower tubular control arms on as well.

Single adjustable, or double adjustable? That will determine whether you have to unbolt it to adjust the length.

It would probably be easier to remove it and reinstall it with the subframes on jack stands and the rear axle supported by a floor jack, allowing you to move the axle to the side. I really don't think pre-loading the bar before tightening it will make much difference. You are tightening the bolts against the ferrules inside of the bushings.

Just back it up on to some rhino ramps placed on level ground, block the front wheels, then un-bolt the adjustable end and adjust it.
