Nice stock replacement shocks & springs?

I am probably going to be replacing my stock shocks and springs pretty soon. I notice that my car has quite an unhealthy "wag" from the rear end when I nail second hard and it also makes quite an unhealthy creaking and groaning from the right rear whenever that part of the suspension gets compressed more than a tiny bit.

Who makes a good stock replacement shock that won't set me back a pretty penny - and also if there are any nice stock replacement springs to go along with them (not lowering springs though). If there is nothing that is better than stock but still pretty inexpensive I'll probably look at QA1s when I can save up a little.

If you are looking for something with good street manners and is a good factory replacement shock, I would look into the Bilsteins. The QA1s are mainly a drag-type shock.
