New shocks & springs without lowering
I've been riding on these stock decabons way too long. I really need some good shocks for the street that will handle some power. I'm not looking to make my car crazy in the corners considering I don't have a front sway bar. I also don't want my car any lower than it is. All my rear suspension has been upgraded except for stock shocks/springs. Stock front suspension.
The issue I have is; I feel like my springs have sagged over the years. I don't know for sure as I don't have any stock ride height measurements. But I worry about buying new factory ride height springs and end up RAISING my car. On the flip side, I wonder if my ride height will not change if I buy new lowering springs. This is what holds me back from buying springs.
Shocks are the main thing. I'm not sure on which brand to get. I've been looking at Tokico, Koni, QA1, or Bilstein. Adjustable shocks don't seem necessary. They are just going to stay at the same setting the whole time.
What do you all think?

If you have a factory manual, there is a "trim height diagnosis" at 3-26. I have a 1995 so it is probably pretty close so here are the numbers:
Measurement at lowest point of rocker 32.59" aft of front axle centerline should be 8.0 inches. Measurement 17.24" forward of rear axle centerline should be 8.4 inches (except F41 suspension with 215-60 tires, which is 8.2 inches).
Measurement from lowest point of rear bumber at centerline of car, 14.4 inches.
Measurement at front (looks like centerline of the bowtie but the manual is a little vague here) is 16.5 inches.

Measure from the apex of the wheelwell arches down to the ground at all 4 wheel/tires.
FYI, to get the most accurate measurements, do this on a flat, level surface.
Around 27.25" to 28" up front, and about the same in the rear.
IMO, Bilsteins shocks would be a really good choice for you.

Thanks guys. It's sorta hard to come up with a good conclusion on the measurements I took. My car is within spec according to bluz28's way. And sometimes 1-2inches lower than spec according to pgerst's way. Are you both using 93-97 f-body specs? It's also difficult to say considering I have done a moderate amount of weight reduction, but at the same time added some heavy turbo parts.
I'll try to stop worrying about how low the car will be. I just need something that will handle roughly 600hp.
